HOW WE WORK:

A. We aim to first single out and clarify exactly what each of our clients require whether they are a Corporate or a Bank.

B.  We then analyze the information and make a brief feasibility study based upon the clients feedback.

C.  We then come up with a written proposal to the client, after having discussed with the Institutions

D.  A non-exclusive mandate and non-disclosure agreement is completed between our company and the client.

E.  Upon closure of deal our chargeable consulting fee’s are ranging from 5-25% depending on the scope of the work required from the transaction plus applicable taxes and other cess as per the government of india.

REAL ESTATE DIVISION:

Our recently established real estate division is primarily focused on the following : 1. Development of land banks & forming JV’s 2. Raising funds for developments 3. Acquisition & liquidation of property (FDI compliant & non-FDI compliant) 4.Redevelopments 5.Fixed income lease deals.

RAISING FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENTS:

Through our contacts with international and domestic funds we can raise capital through equity infusion for a client’s future developments.

The international funds we are working with include some of the largest funds in the world and money is no problem for them, several have a corpus of over 4,000 CR each to invest into the Indian real estate market (typically require 25-30 % IRR per annum) .

They primarily seek to invest into FDI compliant properties through equity infusion. As long as a property is FDI compliant we will be happy to run these proposals past the international fund managers and if they are interested in proceeding further on the development we will fix up meetings directly with our client.

If the development is not FDI compliant we can also offer it to our domestic fund clients. Each fund have different investment strategies and aims.

Some funds are more conservative while some are more aggressive and so depending on the type of development we can offer accordingly.
